Susan Campbell-Fournel is former school psychologist, a trained counsellor, with 30 years of experience. She is a certified L.E.A.N. health educator and coach. She became interested in nutrition and its impact on performance and achievement while working with children and young athletes. Her goal has been to help others achieve nutritional excellence and a healthy lifestyle. As a consultant she has provided stress management training programs for managers of Fortune 500 companies, with an emphasis on exercise and nutrition.
Susan is passionate about helping others achieve their goals and realize their purpose in life. There is a relationship between “Food Intake” and “Behavior”.The relationship between how you feel and what you eat is an important step in developing MINDFUL EATING. Food choices have a life-long impact on the body, mind and spirit! With proper and mindful nutrition, we can increase our overall body awareness and help to raise the consciousness.
