Word from founder

“My name is Vinesh Saxena, I welcome you all for exploring our Center for Consciousness Development. We are all here on a spiritual journey at different points of long path. By profession I am engineer and MBA. I have been teaching Yoga and meditation ( www.divyayogamonteregie.org) for more than 10 years as my community service. I run a foundation that has two different objectives-first to help the needy (www.vsffoundaion.ca) and second, to look into Spiritual fundamental questions of life (www.vsffoundation.org ). I have many life experiences. When I look at various religions as well as various spiritual practices like participating in rituals, prayers, doing yoga, meditation, Tai Chi, or walking in nature etc. I ask myself a question ” what is going on ” what people are trying to do? After contemplation, I have come to the conclusion that the objective is to raise the consciousness. We want to move our consciousness from sub consciousness to consciousness. to super consciousness to universal consciousness. We need to realise that there is something greater than the reality that we see, we can call this universal consciousness or universal life force or God. If we raise our consciousness and tap into this universal consciousness we can be in a state of bliss, develop intuition as well as heal ourselves. When we do a task, we need to know the objective. Similarly for any spiritual practice if we keep the objective in perspective i.e. to raise the consciousness then the whole process will become more efficient. That is why we want to establish a center of consciousness development center.”
